Effective date July 14, 2026.
Information we collect
We collect information you submit through forms, phone calls, voicemails, texts, emails, and related communications. That may include your name, phone number, email address, property address, roof concern, scheduling details, photos you choose to share, and notes about storm, leak, gutter, siding, or replacement needs.
How information is used
Information is used to route your roofing request, respond to your inquiry, help the independent contractor evaluate scheduling and scope, prevent spam or misuse, and improve the site. This site is a marketing platform that routes inbound calls and form submissions to a licensed, insured independent Minnesota roofing contractor serving Minneapolis MN and nearby Twin Cities communities. We do not perform roofing work ourselves. The contractor you reach is an independent business; availability, exact pricing, license details, and contract terms are set by that contractor and confirmed in a written quote.
Call recording
Minnesota permits one-party consent for calls, but this site still gives a recording notice before voicemail recording. Calls to and from the published number may be recorded for accuracy, quality review, and scheduling follow-up.
Sharing
Your request may be shared with the licensed, insured independent Minnesota roofing contractor serving Minneapolis, MN and nearby Twin Cities communities. We may also use service providers for hosting, phone routing, voicemail, form handling, analytics, spam filtering, or operational support. We do not sell homeowner requests as a public mailing list.
Insurance and storm requests
If you mention insurance or storm damage, submitted information may help the contractor prepare photos, notes, and an itemized scope. Coverage decisions remain with your insurer. Minnesota Statutes §325E.66 restricts contractors on insurance-funded residential exterior work from paying, rebating, or otherwise offsetting the homeowner's deductible. The connected contractor can document visible damage, prepare an itemized scope, and meet an adjuster on-site when requested; coverage decisions belong to the insurer.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable operational safeguards, but no website or phone system is perfectly secure. Information may be retained as needed for routing, follow-up, dispute handling, compliance, analytics, and ordinary business records.
Your choices
You may ask us to update, delete, or stop using submitted information where legally and operationally possible. For privacy questions, email quotes@mplsroofpros.com or call (612) 482-8462.
Changes
We may update this policy as routing, contractor relationships, technology, or legal requirements change. The effective date above reflects the current version.
